When will my order be shipped?

We usually aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days. While I take a short Maternity Leave orders will be packed once a week (usually on a Thursday) by my lovely colleague Emma. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

How much do you charge for postage?

All orders are sent second class with Royal Mail.

Are your kits suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Each of our Cross Stitch Kits contain everything you'll need to get started, including a "How to Cross Stitch" guide which takes you step by step through the cross stitching process.
