How do I manage my subscription?

We have migrated the subscription across to Subbly where you can easily manage your subscription preferences in your online account. Here you can pause, amend or cancel your subscription, or get in touch and I’ll be happy to amend your subscription for you.

When will my payments be taken?

Your recurring payment will be taken every 3 months, from the date you placed your initial order.

For example, if you signed up for your first box on 3rd January, your next payment would be due on 3rd April.

How much is The Club Box?

We wanted to keep the cost of our box affordable but also provide excellent value for money, while supporting other small businesses along the way.

The Sew Surprise boxes are £28.95, including UK postage, which works out at a little less than £10 per month.

What sort of things are included?

Within each carefully curated Club Box you will find an exclusive Sew Sophie Cross Stitch Kit, with a wooden embroidery hoop, a second mini cross stitch kit and a selection of handpicked craft and lifestyle goodies for you to enjoy.

You might see some collaborations with other cross stitch businesses, pretty stationery or cute little treats to compliment your cross stitching.

Can I see some previous boxes?

Of course, visit our Club Box section of our shop to browse previous box contents. If there are any remaining boxes once the subscriptions have been shipped they will also be listed for sale in this section of the website.
